OUR GOALS AND MISSION: The purpose of the Enfield Ramblers Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization is to firmly implant the idea of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, couraage and self-discipline in the minds of the children of our community. By creating an atmosphere of positive peer competition, it is the goal of our organization to develop well adjusted, stronger, happier children that will grow to become good, decent, healthy, trustworthy and productive citizens. Enfield ramblers Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization is currently a member of the Northern Connecticut Football League (NCFL) and as such will comply with their By-Laws and standing rules.
(please see the handout section for the current NCFL By-Laws) The Ramblers are an entirley volunteer organization run by the dedication of many.
